Role Description
Du arbeitest mit UX-Designern, UX Researchern, Produktmanagern und Softwareentwicklern zusammen, um überzeugende Content-Lösungen für unsere Produkte zu entwickeln.
- Du verantwortest die Content-Strategie von ablefy, wendest diese auf die Produkterfahrung unserer User an und treibst die Entwicklung von Content über Abteilungen hinweg voran
- Du unterstützt bei der Erstellung von Inhalten für das Produktmarketing, unser Help Center und andere Kommunikationsmaterialien
- Du unterstützt unser UX Research Team und interagierst dabei direkt mit unseren Usern
Qualifications
- Ausgezeichnete Kenntnisse im Texten in Deutsch und Englisch
- Erfahrung im Texten für Benutzererfahrungen für Web und Mobile, als UX Writer, Informationsarchitekt, Content-Stratege oder ähnliches
- Du bringst ein Verständnis für die Prinzipien von UX Design mit. Es ist von Vorteil, wenn du bereits in einem UX-Team gearbeitet hast.
- Erfahrungen in den Bereichen Werbung und Community-Management sind von Vorteil.
- Du hast bereits erfolgreich in funktionsübergreifenden Teams an gemeinsamen Lösungen gearbeitet
