Role Description

• Place and review scripted or semi-structured calls.
• Evaluate call quality, focusing on:
  • pronunciation
  • prosody
  • phrasing
  • fluency
• Score calls based on provided guidelines to ensure quality and consistency.
• Complete transcription tasks accurately and efficiently.
• Work independently and asynchronously to meet deadlines and maintain high standards.

Qualifications

• Must-Have:
  • Native fluency in one of the listed languages.
  • Ability to evaluate standard accent and identify deviations in:
    • pronunciation
    • prosody
    • phrasing
  • Strong attention to detail and consistency in scoring.
• Preferred:
  • Prior experience in data annotation, evaluation, or AI-related work.
