[Hiring] Technical Content Support Specialist @Emerging Travel Group

Role Description

Join our team of content editors who work with information about hotels and rates: we configure, customize, and ensure that every guest sees clear and up-to-date offers on our platform.

• Quickly identify and resolve technical issues that may arise during bookings;
• Monitor the quality and accuracy of rate displays for platform users;
• Work with the CRM system and internal admin panels to enter and update information;
• Achieve established KPIs (monthly bonus based on performance).
• Ability to quickly switch between tasks and handle several assignments in parallel;
• Excellent spelling and punctuation, strong computer literacy;
• Confident PC user, experience with Google Docs;
• Attention to detail, perseverance, and a high level of self-organization;
• English language proficiency at Upper Intermediate level or higher.
