Support client's Talent Acquisition Marketing team by creating engaging, SEO-informed recruitment content that increases awareness of client expert opportunities, with a strong emphasis on local hiring campaigns. The writer will partner closely with the internal recruitment marketing team to produce evergreen content that attracts tax professionals and drives interest in local career opportunities.

Qualifications

• 4+ years of professional content writing experience
• Strong recruitment marketing or employer branding writing experience
• Experience writing SEO-friendly content
• Ability to simplify complex topics for job seekers
• Excellent interviewing and collaboration skills
• Comfortable working from creative briefs
• Experience incorporating stakeholder feedback and multiple revision rounds
• Exceptional editing and proofreading skills
• Strong organizational and project management abilities

Requirements

• Experience writing for HR, recruiting, staffing, or talent acquisition
• Experience creating location-based or local SEO content
• Familiarity with employer branding campaigns
• Knowledge of the tax, finance, or professional services industries
• Experience collaborating with SEO agencies
• Familiarity with AI-assisted writing workflows while maintaining human editorial quality
