[Hiring] Slovenian Translator @Hustler Marketing

Role Description

We are looking for a Translator to interpret written pieces from English to Slovenian, making sure to maintain their original meaning, format, and tone.

• Reading and thoroughly understanding the context of a given material (copy).
• Using specialized dictionaries and translation tools.
• Proofreading finished pieces of work.

To be successful in this role, you should have a keen eye for detail and be fluent in English in addition to your native language.

Qualifications

• Native Slovenian Speaker.
• Availability of at least 3-5 hours a week.
• Proven work experience as a Translator, Interpreter, or similar role.
• Excellent proofreading skills with the ability to identify grammar, spelling, and punctuation errors.
• Good knowledge of content editing tools.
• Familiarity with translation software.
• Time-management skills.

Requirements

• For the first 6 months, we are offering payment per hour.
• We count the time our translators spend on researching and brainstorming too (as well as proofreading of course).
• Aim for a 10% increment in your first year working with us.
• Currently have a team of 15+ translators and our translations team is constantly growing!
