Role Description

This role is in our growing content team. You’ll oversee the full production process for our top-tier video content for social media—from concept to final delivery—ensuring that everything we publish meets the highest standards of quality, clarity, and heart.

Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end production of multiple video projects across platforms (YouTube, TikTok, Instagram, Facebook)
• Manage timelines, budgets (where applicable), and resources to ensure smooth delivery
• Coordinate writers, editors, researchers, voice artists, and designers
• Optimize team workflows and production systems for speed and consistency
• Review and approve cuts; provide actionable feedback
• Foster a positive, efficient, and inclusive remote production culture
• Support and mentor junior producers or contributors as needed

Qualifications

• 5+ years experience in content production (preferably digital/media/education)
• A strong track record managing end-to-end video workflows across distributed teams
• Exceptional organizational and communication skills
• Sharp editorial instincts and attention to detail
• Ability to manage multiple priorities without compromising quality
• Comfortable working asynchronously across time zones
