Role Description
Oversee copy & content development on assigned projects within our Animal Health portfolio, managing each assignment from concepting through final delivery, including proofing.

Support our clientsβ regulatory reviews by quickly ramping up as a product information specialist on assigned accounts, appropriately sourcing and referencing written materials.

Quickly build fluency in each client and their specific industry: therapeutics, diagnostic tools, audiences, and language, to deliver on-brief work from day one.

Be an expert at copyediting and creating strategic copy & narratives across brand identities, print, digital, web, social, campaigns, and technical guides for diagnostic tools, using industry best practices, while ensuring clarity and consistency throughout.

Partner closely with FWD People team members and clients on assigned projects to articulate ideas, develop concepts, provide content and copy solutions, and ensure assets are strategic and on-brand.

Maintain version and quality control of owned assets throughout each project, organizing and managing files for a clean, efficient handoff at wrap.
Qualifications

7+ years of copywriting experience within a similar agency environment, with a primary focus in healthcare / pharma. Animal Health experience is a huge plus.

High standards for the creative process and output, with exceptional attention to detail in all tasks, ensuring accuracy, consistency, and precision in all deliverables.

Proficient in AMA and AP style with a strong understanding of best practices in the pharma and healthcare industry, including how to apply references and validate ahead of regulatory submissions.

Ability to work well under pressure and self-manage expectations, delivering on-brief, strategic, and strong copy across deliverables.

Critical thinker and natural storyteller, skilled at communicating ideas in slides and across GSuite, and presenting to clients and internal team members.

Self-motivated positive attitude and collaborative nature, with the ability to adapt to new situations, think on your feet, and communicate openly and proactively.

Comfortable working independently with minimal onboarding, quickly absorbing brand guidelines and account context to contribute from day one.
