[Hiring] Senior Content Marketer @Sprinto

Role Description

We're hiring a Senior Content Marketer to help Sprinto create content that stands out in a category full of sameness. This role is much more than churning out blog posts from a brief or turning top-ranking articles into another version of the same thing. We want someone who can think critically, research deeply, write exceptionally well, and find angles that make our content genuinely useful to the people buying compliance automation.

You'll work across blogs, guides, landing pages, comparison pages, and other content formats. You'll collaborate with subject-matter experts, organic growth, product marketing, and demand generation to turn complex ideas into clear, compelling content that earns attention and builds trust. Your job is to make Sprinto's content worth reading.

What you'll do

• Own content from initial research and ideation through writing, editing, and publication across blogs, in-depth guides, landing pages, comparison pages, and other relevant formats.
• Make complex topics like security compliance, audit readiness, risk management, and compliance automation accessible and engaging without compromising technical accuracy or depth.
• Build compelling narratives and well-reasoned arguments rather than relying on generic introductions, predictable structures, or recycled perspectives.
• Understand who you're writing for, what they already know, the problems they're trying to solve, and the decisions they're looking to make. Shape your content accordingly.
• Write with clarity, precision, and a distinct voice. Know when to explain, when to demonstrate, and when to get straight to the point.
• Go beyond surface-level research. Work with subject matter experts, ask thoughtful questions, validate claims, and uncover insights that make the content genuinely valuable.
• Take ownership of editorial quality, ensuring every piece meets a high standard for accuracy, structure, readability, consistency, and attention to detail.
• Approach feedback with an open mind and independent judgment. Know when to incorporate it, when to challenge it constructively, and how to make every revision meaningfully better.

Qualifications

• Typically 5 to 8 years of experience in content marketing, editorial, journalism, or a related field.
• Exceptional writing and editing skills.
• Intellectually curious with strong research instincts.
• Understanding of the commercial purpose of content.
• Comfortable navigating complexity and technical subjects.
• Independent editorial judgment.
• Experience using AI thoughtfully to improve research and creative processes.

Requirements

• A strong portfolio that demonstrates exceptional writing, editorial judgment, original thinking, and the ability to make complex subjects accessible.
• Experience creating content for B2B SaaS audiences; exposure to cybersecurity, compliance, GRC, or other technical categories is a plus.
• A track record of developing original content through research, expert conversations, and a strong understanding of the audience.
• A solid understanding of SEO fundamentals and how content contributes to organic discovery and business outcomes.
• Experience using AI.
