Role Description
We are looking for a
Managing Editor & Content Operations Lead
who is equally strong as a writer, editor, and content operations leader. This is initially a part-time position; this role has the potential to expand into a full-time position as responsibilities and agency needs grow.

Serve as THINKINK's editorial authority, ensuring every deliverable meets our standards for quality, accuracy, clarity, and strategic relevance.

Oversee content workflows, briefings, assignments, reviews, and deadlines to ensure projects move efficiently from concept to completion.

Write and develop high-quality B2B content, including articles, reports, thought leadership, messaging frameworks, PR materials, and other communications assets.

Lead content briefing, planning, production, and review processes from start to finish.

Manage content workflows, assignments, timelines, and quality control across multiple projects and accounts.

Develop and maintain editorial guidelines, templates, style guides, and review frameworks.

Work directly with clients and account teams to ensure content aligns with strategic objectives.

Coach writers and provide actionable feedback to improve writing quality and consistency.

Identify opportunities to improve content quality, workflow efficiency, and team collaboration.

Support the responsible use of AI tools to improve productivity while maintaining editorial standards.
Qualifications

Minimum 10 years of professional B2B writing and editing experience.

Minimum 5 years working within a marketing, communications, or PR agency environment.

Direct writing and editing experience across at least three of the following sectors: aviation/travel technology, loyalty, payments/fintech, retail tech, and sustainability.

Exceptional writing, editing, and proofreading skills.

Experience creating long-form B2B content, including articles, reports, white papers, thought leadership, and executive content.

Experience managing content production workflows and multiple concurrent projects.

Strong attention to detail and ability to ensure accuracy, consistency, and brand alignment.

Experience working within project management systems and content collaboration tools.

Excellent communication, collaboration, and stakeholder management skills.

Available to work approximately on a part-time basis, with the flexibility to transition into a full-time role in the future.
