Role Description

This is a full-time remote position for a Managing Editor. The Managing Editor will oversee the quality and strategic direction of our content production, ensuring adherence to high editorial and quality standards.

• Reviewing and editing content
• Providing actionable and constructive feedback to writers
• Coordinating handoffs of polished content for publication
• Participating in client discovery and content review calls to gain deeper insights that inform content strategy and ensure alignment with client goals

Qualifications

• Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English
• Strong editing, proofreading, and attention to detail
• Experience in team leadership, mentoring writers, and maintaining quality standards
• Familiarity with SEO, digital marketing, and content optimization practices
• Ability to multitask, meet deadlines, and work effectively in a remote environment
• Experience with content management systems and collaborative tools
• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Journalism, or a related field
• Background in digital marketing, web content development, or media production

Requirements

• Working hours: 8 hours per day, Monday–Friday (9:00 AM and 5:00 PM EST)
