• Develop story angles, scripts, hooks and video concepts optimized for retention and audience growth.
• Book guests and build relationships with founders, researchers, investors and key voices across crypto and TradFi.
• Contribute ideas for topics, guests and formats to our video editorial calendar, across both long-form and short-form content.
• Monitor how your videos perform and use the data to keep improving them.

Qualifications

• Have 4+ years in financial journalism, crypto or business media, or creator-led finance content.
• Have experience hosting video-first content: YouTube, podcasts, interviews or live formats.
• Have a professional home recording setup: a good camera, microphone and background.
• Write your own scripts and scenarios and know how to hold an audience.
• Bring an existing network of founders, investors, analysts or media contacts in traditional finance and crypto.
• Understand financial markets and the fintech ecosystem well enough to challenge guests.
• Understand what performs on YouTube, TikTok, Instagram and X.
• Are fluent in English (C2).

Requirements

• Experience moderating panels or hosting live discussions.
• A personal audience on YouTube, X, LinkedIn or newsletters.

Benefits

• 100% remote work — no location limits.
• Flexible working hours with outcome-focused culture.
• Paid time off to recharge.
• Full creative ownership and freedom to experiment.
• Access to major crypto conferences and industry events.
• Support for personal branding and industry visibility.
• Internal learning programs and masterclasses.
• Open communication and constructive feedback culture.
• Career growth opportunities in a fast-scaling international company.
• Inclusive workplace where everyone can thrive regardless of background or identity.
