Role Description

We're The Branding People, a Malaysia-based digital marketing agency working with fast-growing brands across Southeast Asia. We create content that captures attention, drives engagement, and delivers real results — and now, we're looking for creative and motivated individuals to grow with us.

If you enjoy scrolling TikTok for trends, editing videos for fun, or have always wanted to build a career in content creation, this is your chance to turn your creativity into a full-time opportunity. No extensive experience? No problem — training and guidance will be provided by the team.

This role is perfect for fresh graduates or junior talents who want hands-on exposure in the world of digital marketing, social media content, and video production.

What You'll Be Crafting

• Edit and produce approximately 8–10 short-form videos daily for platforms such as TikTok, Instagram Reels, Facebook, and other social media channels.
• Edit short videos for social media posting with engaging visuals and fast-paced storytelling.
• Transform raw footage, images, and creative ideas into engaging, scroll-stopping content.
• Add subtitles, sound effects, music, transitions, and simple motion elements to enhance video quality and engagement.
• Participate in brainstorming sessions and contribute creative ideas for trending content and campaigns.
• Leverage creative tools such as CapCut and explore AI-based tools to enhance and streamline production workflows.
• Stay ahead of digital trends and platform dynamics, ensuring all content remains fresh, timely, and high-performing.
• Explore and learn AI-powered creative tools to improve editing speed and workflow efficiency (training provided).

Qualifications

• Fresh graduates and junior candidates (1–2 years of experience) are encouraged to apply.
• Familiarity with video editing tools such as CapCut, Adobe Premiere Pro, Canva, or similar editing software.
• Passion for social media, short-form videos, and digital content creation.
• Creative mindset with a good sense of pacing, visuals, and storytelling.
• Willingness to learn, take feedback positively, and grow in a fast-paced environment.
• Able to communicate in Mandarin and English.
• Responsible, proactive, and able to work well within a collaborative team.
