Role Description

This role involves creating instructional content that empowers and inspires learners.

Writing outlines, storyboards, and scripts for learning experiences (eLearning courses, vILT, resources, etc.)
Researching and synthesizing a variety of source materials, such as project briefs, training slide decks, client-provided documents, marketing brochures, journal articles, standard operating procedures, and client feedback to inform instructional content
Implementing revisions to your written content based on constructive feedback from other project team members and considering how those revisions may impact the entire learning experience
Managing your time in order to meet project milestones and deadlines for your projects
Taking ownership of your tasks and keeping the project team updated on progress through proactive communication

Qualifications

Exceptional writing and editing skills, with the ability to craft clear and concise instructional content for diverse audiences
Familiarity with adult learning principles and methodologies
Experience working with eLearning authoring tools like Articulate Rise and Storyline 360 is a plus
Knowledge of various writing style guidelines, such as AMA, AP, and Chicago, with adaptability to client-specific voice and tone
Excellent time-management and communication skills
Comfort using Google Workspace and other digital collaboration tools
An average of 20-hour a week availability when active on projects
