Role Description
As a Technical Recruiter, you’ll be responsible for owning all Security hiring globally. You’ll directly own all stakeholder relationships (up to our CISO) and play a key role in representing and developing our talent brand while helping to grow our ESP teams.
- Own full-cycle recruiting from Sourcing through Closing: Identify and engage top talent through various channels. Extend offers, negotiate terms, and ensure a seamless transition into onboarding, providing candidates with an excellent experience from offer acceptance to their first day.
- Candidate Screening and Assessment: Develop and maintain a high bar for assessment of candidates’ skills, experience, and cultural fit, and coordinate assessments or pre-interview exercises as required.
- Stakeholder Collaboration: Partner with hiring managers to conceptualize and execute a formative assessment, talent and hiring strategy, aligned with Vanta’s broader, strategic initiatives.
- Data Analysis and Influence: Track and analyze recruiting metrics (e.g., time-to-fill, source effectiveness, pipeline conversion rates) to identify trends, optimize strategies, and influence stakeholders with data-driven insights.
Qualifications
- 5–8 years of experience in Technical Recruiting, Full-Cycle Recruiting, or Sourcing roles, preferably within dynamic and fast-paced environments.
- Proven ability to partner effectively with stakeholders across all levels of an organization, from individual contributors to executives, with a demonstrated skill in strategic influence.
- Strong track record of successfully closing candidates in complex offer scenarios, including those involving privately held, venture-backed companies, as well as publicly held entities.
- Demonstrated ability to excel in remote work settings while maintaining high performance standards and adaptability in rapidly evolving conditions.

We set standard base pay ranges for all roles based on function, level, and country location, benchmarked against similar-stage growth companies. Final offer amounts are determined by multiple factors, including candidate location, skills, depth of work experience, and relevant licenses/credentials, and may vary from the amounts listed below. The salary or OTE range for this position is $120,000 - $141,000. This role may also be eligible for commissions/bonus, equity, medical benefits, 401(k) plan, and other company perk programs.
