[Hiring] Head of Content @Pairs

Role Description

We are hiring a Head of Content to turn the raw material behind Pairs into finished content every week: articles, posts, newsletters, and video.

Pairs is a global network of family offices, institutional investors, VCs, and angels. We screen deal flow very tightly, and the opportunities that clear our diligence go out to the network. We invest alongside them too.

We have more material than we publish, including:

• Recorded founder and investor interviews
• Call transcripts
• Founders' views on capital raising

This role turns it into work people want to read and watch, including:

• Articles for our site
• Posts in the founders' voices on LinkedIn and X
• The weekly newsletter
• Short clips cut from our interview library

You will run the calendar, decide what gets made from each piece of material, write and edit it yourself, and ensure timely publication. You will work alongside our brand and design team on the look of each asset, focusing on substance: the angle, the words, and the cut. You report to the two co-founders and work with them directly in a flat organization.

Qualifications

• Experience running content for a named brand or publication on a weekly cadence
• Ability to write to a high standard in a restrained register
• Capability to edit short-form video
• Strong storytelling skills from raw material
• Ability to work well with a designer or brand lead
• Daily use of AI tools with clear judgment
• Familiarity with the founder and venture capital world (strong advantage, but not a requirement)

• Proficiency in using AI tools for content enhancement
