Role Description

The Content Curation Specialist is responsible for reviewing, validating, and curating written and audio content in line with established SOPs, checklists, and client guidelines. This role ensures accuracy, consistency, and timely processing across assigned queues while adhering to information security standards.

Qualifications

• Native-level or fully bilingual fluency (spoken and written) in the French language(s) with strong cultural awareness of the French market(s).
• Exceptional attention to detail and ability to follow step-by-step procedures and quality standards.
• Basic problem-solving skills (identify the issue, gather evidence, follow the escalation path).
• Strong time management and ability to consistently meet productivity and quality expectations.
• Comfortable working with multiple tools and web platforms; ability to learn new systems quickly.
• Proficiency with MS Office (Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and web browsers.
• Comfortable working in a role that may involve exposure to content some may find sensitive or offensive.

Requirements

• 1–2 years in content operations, content review, digital QA, or a similar field is preferred but not required (role-dependent).
