Compensation & Start Date

Your Tasks
Your writing directly shapes how top-level executives learn, connect, and engage with our French-language communities. This role exists for two core reasons:

To deliver meaningful insights to senior leaders: craft content that provides clarity, inspiration, and real value to French-speaking decision-makers.

To attract new executives into our communities: help French-speaking leaders discover our value and convert into active community members.
The quality, consistency, and reach of your writing directly influence our credibility and growth in French-speaking markets.
What Success Looks Like (Measured)

Your French-language content generates relevant interactions from target personas on LinkedIn and via newsletter.

Deliverables are on time and require minimal revisions.

You improve your output over time with better hooks, higher engagement, and sharper formatting.

You understand the audience and write for decision-makers, not for algorithms.
What You Will Work On

Create compelling written content in French from existing material such as podcast recordings, event insights, and interview transcripts.

LinkedIn posts that capture attention and drive engagement among senior professionals.

Email newsletters that are insightful and well-structured.
-
Podcast show notes and episode descriptions.

Deep-dive case studies based on expert interviews.

Interview preparation materials including agendas and key questions.
Qualifications
-
Native proficiency in French is a strict requirement.

Working knowledge of English (B2 level sufficient) is helpful for internal communication.

At least 3 years of copywriting or content writing experience, ideally in a B2B or digital media context.

A strong portfolio demonstrating French-language writing across formats is required.

Experience writing for professional or executive audiences is a strong plus.
Requirements

Comfortable using GenAI tools to enhance efficiency without compromising quality.

Familiarity with tools like Claude/ChatGPT, Gsuite, Clickup, Sanity or Slack is a plus.

Reliable, structured, and proactive; delivers without being chased.

Confident in communicating with community hosts and managing deadlines independently.

Strong sense for tone and audience; writes differently for a CFO than for a general readership.

Detail-oriented without sacrificing speed.

Open to feedback and focused on continuous improvement.

Comfortable on LinkedIn and familiar with what drives engagement on the platform.
