Role Description

Financekeeda is looking for highly motivated and passionate journalists with extensive knowledge about financial subjects including cryptocurrencies, insurances, banking, stocks, mutual funds, and their markets. The writer has to have an in-depth understanding of how the financial sector works, as well as the risks associated with it.

• Generate 3-4 articles related to Finance with an average word count of 300-600 words.
• Remain abreast of current trends in the finance market and cover it promptly and accordingly.
• Achieve a monthly quota by producing at least 75 articles while maintaining a high standard of quality and relevance.
• Conduct thorough reviews of content to ensure grammatical accuracy and factual precision, adhering strictly to Financekeeda's editorial guidelines.

Qualifications

• Produce 3–4 well-researched, original articles daily (300–600 words depending on format).
• Mix of daily news coverage, how-to guides, educational explainers, listicles, opinion/analysis, and feature pieces.
• Must be able to write for both beginners and intermediate retail investors.
• Ability to translate complex concepts into accessible language.
• Clear, concise, and structured writing style.
• Strong headline and intro copy skills.
• Ability to maintain neutral, non-promotional tone where required.
• Track Financial news from credible sources (CoinDesk, MoneyControl, Financial Times, The Block, Messari, L2Beat, etc.).
• Verify claims and avoid misinformation.
• Cross-check via whitepapers, GitHub updates, governance proposals, on-chain data dashboards, and project announcements.
• Familiarity with CoinMarketCap, CoinGecko, Dune, DefiLlama, and Twitter/X crypto discourse for market context.
• Comfortable using CMS platforms.
• Ability to embed charts, reference sources, and format markdown cleanly.
• Basic SEO understanding:
• Keyword placement & density
