[Hiring] English to Spanish Linguists for Patent @Welo Global

Role Description

We are looking for translators or agencies with experience in translating patents from English into Spanish (native-level fluency of Spanish) with immediate availability for our patent translation projects.

• Translate patent-related content from English into Spanish (LatAM), with original meaning conveyed in a manner that is readable and understandable to the target audience.
• Follow instructions, for example, translation process, CAT tool usage, etc.
• Communicate effectively and respond promptly in English.

Qualifications

• Minimum two years' experience translating and reviewing content in the patent fields.
• Native fluency in target language.
• Degree in linguistics, translation, or equivalent experience.
• Able to translate, copy edit, and MTPE, Copy Edit.

Requirements

• Strong experience in translating and proofreading patents, specifically in the field of Electricity, Computer Science, and Chemistry.
