Role Description

Help improve one of the world's leading voice AI platforms by ensuring high-quality English audio transcriptions.

• Review short English audio transcriptions for accuracy.
• Approve or reject transcriptions based on quality guidelines.
• Identify grammar, punctuation, and formatting errors.
• Provide feedback to improve AI training data quality.

Qualifications

• English is your native or near-native language & located in South Africa.
• You have experience in transcription, editing, QA, or content review.
• You have excellent attention to detail.
• You can provide clear, constructive feedback.

Requirements

• Reliable computer and internet connection.
• High-quality headphones.
• Available 10–20 hours per week.

Benefits

• Pay Rate: $13.75/hour.
