  • Respond to internal and client questions regarding research schedule, file locations, and other matters.
  • Identify opportunities to use AI tools to streamline editorial workflows and improve team efficiency in accordance with CA policies and guidelines.
  • Support team operations by scheduling meetings, coordinating coverage for subject matter experts, and preparing weekly content digests.
  • Other duties as assigned.

Qualifications

  • BA/BS degree with 1 to 3 years of relevant experience in proofreading and editing.
  • Experience managing complex projects with many stakeholders and bringing them to successful completion.
  • Advanced knowledge of Word, Excel, and PowerPoint and prior experience using Adobe InDesign or a similar product to lay out publications and WordPress or a similar product to post publications.

  • Exceptional proofreading skills; careful attention to quality and detail.
  • Ability to exercise good judgment; trustworthy; discrete; organized.
  • Ability to work well both independently and as part of a team.
  • Ability to adapt well to last-minute changes and work well under deadline-driven pressure.
  • Ability to balance time between multiple projects simultaneously while ensuring accuracy and quality of publications.
  • Familiarity with investment terms and concepts a plus.
  • All candidates must be eligible to work in the US without sponsorship.

Requirements

  • Pay Range Maximum: 86800
  • In addition to the listed salary range, this position is eligible for an annual performance-based bonus and a comprehensive, competitive benefits package.
  • Actual placement within the stated salary range will be determined based on factors such as skills, experience, and qualifications, as well as internal equity.
