Role Description

Client is looking for a junior professional to support the publishing and production of employee change communications across internal channels. This is an early-career role focused on content publishing, workflow coordination, intranet administration, translation coordination, and communication production activities.

Qualifications

• 1-3 years of experience in communications coordination, digital publishing, content operations, intranet management, marketing coordination, or a related field.
• Experience working with SharePoint, WordPress, or similar content management systems.
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
• Ability to manage multiple competing deadlines and tasks.
• Excellent proofreading and quality-control skills.
• Strong Client 365 proficiency.
• Prior work experience at client or in client's Industry.

Requirements

• Experience supporting translation workflows.
• Experience maintaining intranet sites.
• Experience publishing newsletters or digital communications.
• Financial services experience.

Benefits

• Remote work - Must have to work in EST/CST.
• Duration: 12+ Months.
• Salary Range: C$20 to C$23.

Day-to-Day Responsibilities

• Publish approved communications to SharePoint and other internal channels.
• Manage updates to the Commercial Bank Change Library and related content repositories.
• Coordinate translation requests and track completion.
• Submit and track communications for distribution through newsletters and digest channels.
• Manage publishing calendars, spreadsheets, and workflow tracking tools.
• Support intranet content publishing and maintenance.
• Conduct quality assurance reviews before publication to ensure content accuracy, formatting, and compliance with publishing standards.
• Coordinate digital assets such as banners, headers, and images used in communications.
• Support internal communication production processes and publishing workflows.
