[Hiring] Digital Content and Editorial Lead @Mennonite Mission Network

Role Description

Mennonite Mission Network is looking for a creative and collaborative writer and editor to help shape how we share our stories and connect with our audiences.

• Coordinate editorial projects and the writing team’s workflow.
• Create engaging content for our website, social media, email campaigns, fundraising efforts, newsletters, and public relations.
• Help develop content strategies.
• Build media relationships.
• Coordinate freelance writers.

Qualifications

• A bachelor’s degree in communications, marketing, public relations, journalism or a related field, or an equivalent combination of education and professional experience.
• Five or more years of professional experience in content writing, editing, and digital communications.
• Strong writing, editing, project coordination, and interpersonal communication skills.
• Experience with WordPress, Mailchimp, Hootsuite, ClickUp, Canva, InDesign or similar tools.
• Marketing agency or comparable communications experience is preferred.
• Spanish-language fluency is a plus.
• Commitment to Jesus Christ and support for Mennonite Mission Network’s mission, values, and anti-racism commitments.
• Ability to travel domestically and internationally up to 20 days per year.
