Role Description
We are now looking for a CV Maker Intern to join our team and support our experienced CV Makers. This is a one-month training internship for someone who enjoys research, pays attention to detail, and wants to learn how to create professional career documents for international candidates.

Fluency in Russian and excellent written English are mandatory.

Previous HR or CV writing experience is not required.

During the internship, you will receive training, templates, examples, and regular feedback from our team.

At the end of the month, we will evaluate your performance and overall fit. Successful interns may be offered a paid Junior CV Maker position and continue working with us long-term.
What you'll learn and work on:

Review clients' existing CVs and professional backgrounds.

Attend career consultations conducted in English or Russian and take clear, structured notes on clients' experience, skills, achievements, and career goals.

Research unfamiliar roles, industries, technologies, and professional terminology when needed.

Draft and improve CV sections under the guidance of experienced CV Makers.

Turn complex or unstructured information into clear, concise, professional English.

Adapt CV content to different target roles while keeping all information accurate.

Help prepare and optimize LinkedIn profiles.

Work with our existing CV templates and maintain consistency in structure, tone, and formatting.

Use Google Docs, AI tools, and other online resources as part of the CV creation process.

Review your own work, incorporate feedback, and gradually take ownership of more parts of the CV creation process.

Collaborate with other CV Makers and recruiters to make sure the final documents accurately reflect the client's experience and career goals.
Qualifications

Russian at C1 level or higher.

English at C1 level or higher, with excellent writing skills.

Good research skills β when you encounter something unfamiliar, your first instinct is to look for the answer and understand it.

Strong logical thinking and the ability to organize large amounts of information.

Attention to detail.

Confidence using Google Docs and online research tools.

Comfortable learning and working with AI tools.

Openness to feedback and willingness to learn quickly.

Reliability and the ability to manage your tasks independently.

Genuine interest in writing, research, HR, recruiting, career consulting, or related fields.
Requirements

Previous exposure to HR, recruiting, career consulting, copywriting, editing, customer support, or similar work is a plus.

Experience writing or editing professional content is a plus.

Familiarity with LinkedIn is a plus.
