Role Description

In this role, you'll be a go-to person for all things crypto content and growth. Ideally, you will be skilled at creating written content as well as corresponding designs, such as infographics and other compelling visuals that capture people's attention, or be able to guide our design team with your ideas.

• Dive deep into the latest projects and protocols, uncovering insights that will help our clients stay ahead of the curve.
• Craft compelling narratives that capture the attention of both „degens” and everyday users, working closely with our team to bring your ideas to life.
• Maintain a constant flow state, absorbing fresh „alpha” from your teammates and the projects you work on, keeping you razor-sharp in this fast-moving space.

Qualifications

• A passion and profound understanding of the crypto culture that resonates with our ethos.
• Proven experience in content creation across social media, blogs, or journalism within Web3, or experience in Web2 with a strong ambition to innovate and transition towards Web3.
• Ability to design visual assets on your own (Figma / Sketch) or effectively brief our design team.
• Creative thinking and deep research skills for transforming insights into compelling narratives.
• Talent for simplifying complex blockchain and market concepts for a wider audience.
• Actively monitoring Web3 developments, spotting trends and narratives like a pro.
• A self-starter who thrives in a fast-paced, agile environment.

Requirements

• Conduct comprehensive market research on crypto / Web3 projects and narratives.
• Conceptualize and implement brand marketing strategies that make projects grow.
• Create engaging social media content and articles using storytelling and research.
• Provide creative direction to our design team or create design assets yourself.
