Role Description

The Copywriter Virtual Assistant is responsible for creating compelling and optimized content for e-commerce brands, particularly on Amazon. They write and edit blogs, buying guides, and product-related content, ensuring keyword integration to enhance search visibility. This role requires strong research skills, creativity, and attention to detail to produce high-quality, engaging, and persuasive copy that drives traffic and conversions.

Key Responsibilities

• Content Creation & Editing: Write and edit a variety of content, including articles, blogs, buying guides, and other supportive text.
• SEO & Keyword Strategy: Utilize keyword strategies to increase website traffic.
• Research & Content Development: Research information on topics to further industry knowledge and develop content for blogs up to 1,000 words.
• Headline Crafting: Write magnetic blog headlines that are click-worthy.
• Proofreading & Quality Assurance: Edit and proofread all copy to maintain proper grammar and structure.
• Ad-hoc Copywriting: Perform other related copywriting tasks as assigned.

Qualifications

• High School Graduate, College Undergraduate, or College Graduate.
• Must have experience copywriting about Amazon.
• Must be knowledgeable with Helium 10 software.
• Talent and passion for writing.
• Fluent in English, both written and spoken.
• At least 1 year of experience as a copywriter.
• Detail-oriented with exceptional listening, verbal, and written communication skills.
• Able to perform quality work within deadlines with or without direct supervision.
• Proficient with finding keywords.
• Able to create blog articles for 1,000 to 1,500 words.
• Self-starter with the ability to effectively handle multiple projects simultaneously.
• Ability to write for multiple brand voices.
• Good time-management skills and the ability to meet deadlines.
• With good character and willing to work on a graveyard shift is a plus.
• Available for full-time work.
