Role Description

We are looking for a Script & Conversion Copywriter to develop high-performing copy across paid creative and onsite conversion experiences. This role will own direct-response video scripts across UGC, founder-led, educational, and testimonial formats, along with ad copy, landing pages, and product detail page copy. The goal is to create a consistent message from the first creative touchpoint through the purchase experience, rather than treating scriptwriting and web copy as separate functions. You will work closely with Growth and Product to translate customer insights, product education, and performance data into compelling messaging that drives action. This is a performance-focused copy role for someone who understands direct response, can write within claims-sensitive categories, and is genuinely interested in learning the products and science behind them.

Responsibilities

• Write direct-response video scripts across UGC, founder-led, educational, testimonial, and conversion-focused formats.
• Develop copy across the customer journey, from top-of-funnel education through bottom-of-funnel conversion.
• Write and optimize paid ad copy, landing pages, product detail pages, advertorials, and other conversion-focused experiences.
• Partner closely with Creative and Growth from the concept stage so messaging and creative are developed together.
• Translate customer research, reviews, product insights, and performance data into compelling hooks, angles, objections, proof points, and calls to action.
• Develop clear product-selection, comparison, upsell, and downsell messaging that helps customers navigate purchase decisions.
• Adapt messaging across different voices and formats, including founder-led and creator-led content.
• Develop a deep understanding of iRESTORE products, technology, customer use cases, and supporting science.
• Write effectively within regulatory and claims constraints while maintaining persuasive, engaging copy.
• Use performance data to identify winning messaging and continuously iterate on scripts and conversion copy.
• Help document and maintain clear voice, messaging, and claim-safe language guidelines for performance creative.

Qualifications

• Proven experience writing direct-response video scripts that have been produced, tested, and scaled through paid media.
• Portfolio examples demonstrating measurable performance from scripts, landing pages, product detail pages, or other conversion-focused copy.
• Strong understanding of direct-response principles, including hooks, objections, proof, offers, calls to action, and conversion psychology.
• Experience writing landing page or PDP copy with measurable conversion results.
• Ability to write compelling copy within regulatory, legal, or claims-based constraints.
• Strong product curiosity and willingness to deeply understand technical products and supporting science.
• Experience writing across multiple voices, particularly founder-led and UGC or creator-led content.
• Experience with sales pages, advertorials, quiz funnels, product-selection journeys, upsells, or downsells is a plus.
• Experience within beauty, wellness, health, supplements, consumer devices, or another medically adjacent category is strongly preferred.
• Comfortable receiving direct feedback, moving quickly, and iterating based on creative and performance results.
• Strong collaboration skills and the ability to work cross-functionally with Creative, Growth, and Product Marketing.

Additional Experience

• Experience developing beauty, wellness, personal-care, or at-home treatment devices.
• Experience with laser, LED, red light therapy, wearable, or other technology-led consumer devices.
• Experience supporting products that combine medical-device requirements with DTC customer and commercial considerations.
• Experience using customer feedback, product reviews, return data, or CS/CX insights to guide product improvements.
