Role Description
The Copywriter is responsible for creating clear, engaging and persuasive content that drives action and builds brand identity. This role involves writing a variety of content types including social media posts, advertisements, website copy, and promotional material. The ideal candidate will work closely with marketing, design, and other teams to ensure content aligns with the company’s voice, goals, and branded message. Additionally, this individual should be fluent in both English and Spanish.

Write compelling, high-quality copy for a range of materials, including but not limited to advertisements, landing pages, social media posts, and promotional materials.

Tailor content to suit different platforms, channels, and target audiences while maintaining a consistent brand voice.

Collaborate with marketing and creative teams to ensure all written content supports and enhances the overall marketing strategy and brand messaging.

Proofread and edit content for spelling, grammar, punctuation, and accuracy prior to posting.

Integrate relevant keywords and phrases into content to increase client reach and engagement.

Conduct research to ensure content is informative, relevant and accurate. Stay up to date with industry trends, competitor content, and audiences’ preferences.

Adapt and repurpose content across different platforms, as needed.

Requirements

Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Journalism, Communications, or a related field.

1-3 years experience in ad copywriting with a solid grasp of tools and methods.

Monday to Friday, 9:00 AM - 6:00 PM EST
