Concept High-Performing Social Creative:

Write platform-native short-form content designed for channels like TikTok and Instagram that feels authentic, entertaining, and culturally relevant.

Develop concepts, hooks, and scripts that blend storytelling with performance marketing goals.
Adapt Seamlessly Across Brand Voices:

Translate complex ideas and dramatically different brand personalities into clear, engaging copy.

Move fluidly between tones and industries while maintaining authenticity, consistency, and strong creative standards.
Craft Hooks, Messaging, and Calls-to-Action:

Develop scroll-stopping hooks, memorable one-liners, and persuasive CTAs designed to improve engagement and conversion performance.

Apply audience psychology and direct-response principles to create copy that resonates and performs.
Collaborate Cross-Functionally to Develop Creative:

Partner closely with designers, editors, strategists, and cross-functional teams to bring creative concepts to life.

Contribute ideas that strengthen both the creative quality and performance of campaigns.
Stay Ahead of Trends and Emerging Formats:

Monitor social trends, platform updates, pop culture moments, and emerging content formats to keep creative fresh and relevant.

Continuously bring new ideas and creative angles rooted in whatโs resonating with audiences online.
Optimize and Iterate Based on Performance Data:

Use campaign performance insights to refine messaging, test new approaches, and improve conversion outcomes over time.

Continuously iterate on copy and creative concepts to help drive stronger engagement and lower CPAs.
Maintain a High Editorial Standard:

Approach writing with a strong editorial eye, ensuring all copy is polished, grammatically sound, and aligned with brand voice.

Self-edit rigorously and provide thoughtful feedback that strengthens the quality and clarity of creative work.
Qualifications
-
2โ6 years of experience in copywriting, content marketing, or a related creative field, with a strong focus on direct response and performance-driven writing.

A strong digital portfolio showcasing direct response copywriting work across channels like paid social, video scripts, landing pages, email, or other digital formats. Candidates without a portfolio will not be considered.

Bachelorโs degree in Advertising, Communications, English, or a related field preferred.

Experience writing across multiple brands and adapting to different brand voices, with the ability to shift tone seamlessly while maintaining authenticity and clarity.

Deep familiarity with TikTok, social media trends, and internet culture, with a strong understanding of what captures attention and drives engagement across platforms.

Ability to manage multiple projects and workstreams simultaneously, while staying organized and meeting deadlines in a collaborative, fast-paced environment.

Strong communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work effectively across creative, strategy, and production teams.

Salary Range
$53,000-$63,000. The range is applicable for the labor market where the role is intended to be hired. Final base salary is directly related to each candidate's qualifications and experience uniquely.
