[Hiring] Conversion Copywriter & Landing Page Specialist @Paired

Role Description

We're looking for a Conversion Copywriter & Landing Page Specialist to join a fast-growing agency. This is a hybrid role between direct-response copywriting and hands-on landing page building/CRO. You'll take winning paid-media angles and turn them into high-converting landing page experiences—from writing the copy and building the page to launching tests and optimizing performance. You'll work closely with media buyers and the creative team to maintain strong ad-to-page congruency and continuously improve conversion rates.

What You'll Do

• Copywriting & Research
  • Write high-converting landing page copy based on winning ad angles, hooks, and offers.
  • Research customers, competitors, products, and pain points to develop compelling messaging.
  • Write and iterate on headlines, offers, CTAs, advertorials, VSL/funnel copy, and other conversion-focused assets.
  • Partner with media buyers and creatives to maintain strong ad-to-page messaging congruency.
• Landing Pages & CRO
  • Independently build and launch landing pages using the brand's page-building tools.
  • Develop page structures and layouts designed around conversion.
  • Run A/B tests across copy, offers, page structure, and other conversion elements.
  • Analyze performance data and use findings to continuously improve CVR.
  • Turn winning tests into repeatable landing page frameworks.

Qualifications

• Proven direct-response copywriting experience within DTC/e-commerce, affiliate, or info-product businesses.
• Hands-on experience building landing pages, not just providing copy to designers/developers.
• Strong understanding of CRO, A/B testing, funnels, and paid-traffic conversion.
• Portfolio showing landing pages you've both written and built.
• Comfortable using performance data to make creative and copy decisions.
• Comfortable working quickly, testing frequently, and taking ownership from concept through launch.
