Role Description

We’re looking for a Senior Content Executive to help us tell the Epos Now story at scale. You’ll combine strategy, creativity, and data to plan, create, optimise, and QA content that drives measurable growth. You’ll be a core part of the content team, working alongside our SEO Executive and Head of Marketing to ensure everything we publish hits the mark.

Main Responsibilities

• Content Planning & Strategy
  • Shape the content roadmap alongside the SEO Exec and Head of Marketing
  • Identify opportunities to grow organic traffic, engage users, and fill content gaps
  • Collaborate across teams to ensure content supports campaigns, launches, and business goals
• Content Creation & Briefing
  • Use AI tools to craft actionable, data-driven content briefs
  • Work with writers to produce content that’s engaging, conversion-focused, and on-brand
  • Make content creation a smooth, scalable, and efficient process
• Content Optimisation & QA
  • Optimise content for SEO, UX, and conversion performance
  • Review and approve content for accuracy, consistency, and impact
  • Monitor performance and continuously iterate to improve results
• Collaboration & Innovation
  • Work cross-functionally with marketing, product, and data teams to ensure content aligns with business priorities
  • Stay ahead of industry trends, SEO developments, and AI content opportunities

Qualifications

• Experience in content, digital marketing, or SEO
• Confidence using AI tools to supercharge content workflows
• Strong editorial judgement and ability to QA content to a high standard
• Collaborative, data-informed, and results-driven
