Role Description
Tria Federal is seeking a Content Strategist to lead content architecture and strategy for an AI-powered resource assistant supporting a large-scale federal healthcare quality reporting program. As a member of Triaβs Human Experience (HX) Practice, you will work closely with the programβs content management team, product managers, researchers, and designers to structure, scale, and improve the content that people and AI systems rely on.
This is a content strategy role, not a content design role. You will focus on information architecture, content models, and the pipelines that move content from creation to publication, translating dense policy and complex medical terminology into structured, searchable content. You will also flex into UX design, research, and facilitation support as program needs evolve.
Must be a U.S. Citizen due to federal security clearance requirements.
