[Hiring] Content Marketing Manager @Agility PR Solutions

Role Description

Reporting to the Director of Communications & Content, the Content Marketing Manager is the production engine of Agility's content organization: a high-velocity writer who ships.

You will produce across two lanes:

• Bulldog Reporter: Write the publication's editorial franchises to the Director's standard — credible, useful journalism for PR professionals.
• Campaign Content: Create blog posts, webinar content, and thought leadership in service of demand generation campaigns.

You also carry the managing-editor duties for Bulldog's contributor network, coordinating outside contributors and internal subject-matter contributors, keeping the pipeline full, and holding every submission to the standard.

Our production method is explicit: AI-first drafting, human-elevated finishing. You use AI as your starting point, then enhance the work with your unique insights.

Qualifications

• Exceptional production writing: high volume, high quality, fast turnaround — with samples that prove it.
• Ability to write to a defined house style without drift, and professional maturity to be edited hard.
• Working fluency with AI writing tools as a drafting starting point.
• Familiarity with the PR and communications industry, or ability to gain fluency quickly.
• Experience coordinating contributors or freelancers is an asset.
• Visible sense of urgency: you move, and your work ships.
• Data awareness: you look at how your content performs and let it shape what you write next.

Requirements

• Write and ship Bulldog Reporter's franchise formats to the Director's editorial standard.
• Execute the journalism-first framing with integrity.
• Produce blog posts, webinar content, and campaign thought leadership briefed by demand generation.
• Manage the Bulldog contributor network, including recruitment, assignments, deadlines, and editing.
• Run the AI-first, human-elevated production workflow and keep improving it.
• Review the performance of published content and propose follow-ons to what resonates.

Compensation

The base salary range for this role is C$70,000–C$100,000 annually, plus a 10% target bonus. Final compensation will reflect the successful candidate's experience, skills, and internal equity.
