Role Description

This is a remote position. We are looking for a Content Manager & Content Quality Lead to help us improve the quality, efficiency, and scalability of our content production for both our clients and our own websites. This is not just a writer or editor role. We are looking for someone who can:

• Manage content workflows
• Improve quality
• Work with multilingual writers
• Leverage AI effectively
• Support the publishing process

Languages: Fluent English is required. In addition, candidates should be bilingual or trilingual, with strong proficiency in at least one of the following languages:

• German
• French
• Spanish
• Italian
• Additional European languages are a plus.

What you'll do:

• Manage content production for client campaigns
• Review and quality-check articles before publication
• Work with writers to improve content quality, structure, tone, and accuracy
• Help assign content and coordinate deadlines
• Support the team with publishing content on company-owned websites
• Upload and format articles in CMS platforms such as WordPress
• Assist with publishing and managing guest posts and content placements
• Ensure content meets client requirements and publisher guidelines
• Test new approaches to content creation and quality improvement
• Explore ways to use AI tools efficiently while maintaining high-quality, natural content
• Humanize and improve AI-assisted content
• Work with the development team to improve and automate content assignment, QA, and publishing workflows
• Help reduce manual work over time through better processes and automation

Qualifications

• Strong English writing and editing skills
• Bilingual or trilingual, with German, French, Spanish, or Italian preferred
• Experience in content management, editing, SEO content, or publishing
• Good understanding of SEO and content marketing
• Experience working with freelance writers and multilingual content
• Familiarity with CMS platforms, especially WordPress
• Strong attention to detail
• Comfortable using AI tools for content creation and editing
• Organized and able to manage multiple projects at once
• Able to work independently and improve existing processes
