Role Description
We are looking for an experienced Content Lead to take ownership of the entire content function and help shape the company's market presence. This is a strategic, hands-on role for someone who can confidently develop content plans, manage complex projects, and create high-quality content that supports business growth.

Work closely with senior leadership, including the CEO, CRO, and Head of Marketing.

Turn business priorities into content that drives awareness, engagement, and pipeline generation.
Qualifications

5+ years of experience in B2B content marketing, ideally within technology services, SaaS, software development, or professional services environments.

Previous ownership of a content function, not only contribution to content execution.

Proven track record of managing complex content projects involving multiple stakeholders.

Strong writing and editing skills across multiple formats, including:

LinkedIn content

Short and long-form articles

Industry reports and surveys

Landing pages

Thought leadership content

Video scripts

Strong strategic thinking skills and understanding of how content supports different stages of the buyer journey.

Ability to connect content initiatives with commercial and marketing objectives.

Experience working directly with senior executives and business leaders.

High level of ownership and accountability.

Proactive approach to identifying opportunities, solving problems, and driving initiatives forward.

Ability to work in a fast-paced environment where feedback is direct, specific, and delivered quickly.
