[Hiring] Content & Digital Operations Internship @Carrum Health

Role Description

We’re rebuilding healthcare from the ground up and looking for interns to play a critical role in our success. This internship program runs for 10 weeks from June 8 to August 14, 2026, and is open to recent graduates and grand students. The internship is remote and has a stipend of $7,500.00 paid in semi-monthly installments.

The Content & Digital Operations intern will report to the Director of Content Marketing.

You’re excited about this opportunity because you will:

• Own the operationalization of Carrum’s messaging framework across our digital storefront.
• Audit, migrate, and optimize our content library to ensure 100% messaging fidelity.

You will be critical to:

• CMS Content Migration & Website "Unfreeze": Audit the back-catalog of blogs and case studies, migrating them into the new 2026 brand system and updated Messaging Framework.
• Social Advocacy Library: Build a "plug-and-play" repository of LinkedIn assets for executive spokespeople to establish category authority.
• Digital Ops Playbook: Create a standardized "How-To" hub in Confluence for CMS updates to ensure long-term operational velocity.

Qualifications

• Available from June 8, 2026, to August 14, 2026, 9-5pm.
• Able to provide your own laptop or computer along with a stable internet connection in order to work remotely.
• A strong communicator: you can write clearly, speak confidently, and adapt your style depending on whether you're talking to a peer or a senior stakeholder.
• Entrepreneurial and resourceful: you don't wait for a perfect roadmap. You take initiative, figure things out, and find ways to make an impact even in ambiguous situations.
• Organized and adaptable: you can juggle multiple workstreams, meet deadlines, and reprioritize when things shift (because they will).

• Enabled with a Data-Informed Mindset: You understand that content isn't just about "pretty words"; you are eager to use data from Salesforce or Marketo to ensure our digital storefront is optimized for lead capture and conversion.
