Role Description

We are seeking a versatile Content Creator to lead short-form video production, photo editing, and strategic visual content creation across corporate channels. In this role, you will take ownership of building and scaling the company’s official brand presence through high-quality, engaging visual assets. You will:

• Shoot, edit, and produce short-form video content, talent spotlights, behind-the-scenes features, and graphics for social platforms and digital marketing channels.
• Start as a part-time position (approx. 20 hours/week) for a 2-month ramp-up period to learn the brand, portfolio, and strategy, before transitioning into a permanent, full-time content creation role.

Key Responsibilities

• Visual Content Production & Video Editing:
  • Plan, shoot, edit, and produce high-quality short-form video content (Reels, TikToks, Shorts, video walk-throughs) for corporate channels.
  • Utilize CapCut (or similar high-speed video editing suites) to craft engaging, fast-paced, and trend-aligned video assets.
  • Perform photo editing, retouching, and graphic composition using the Adobe Creative Cloud suite (Lightroom, Photoshop, Illustrator).
  • Capture talent spotlights, event coverage, and behind-the-scenes visual media aligned with brand guidelines.
  • Maintain a consistent visual style, color palette, and audio quality across all published media assets.
• Channel Strategy & Brand Growth:
  • Develop and execute strategic content calendars designed to grow the company's official corporate brand channels.
  • Optimize post assets with high-converting captions, strategic tagging, and platform-specific audio choices.
  • Monitor engagement metrics, audience retention, and channel growth trends to refine future content strategies.
  • Analyze competitor and industry visual trends to keep corporate media fresh, relevant, and compelling.
  • Brainstorm visual campaign concepts in alignment with talent management, brand partnerships, and corporate growth goals.
• Content Management & Asset Workflow:
  • Organize, tag, and maintain a clean digital asset library of photos, raw footage, edited media, and graphics.
  • Coordinate with internal team leads and leadership to schedule site shoots, creator highlights, and content capture.
  • Ensure all published content adheres strictly to brand voice, legal compliance, and quality standards.
  • Document repeatable content creation frameworks and asset preparation workflows.

Qualifications

• 2–5 years of professional experience as a Content Creator, Videographer, Social Media Specialist, or Visual Marketer.
• Proven track record of growing official company or corporate brand social channels (not strictly personal accounts).
• Advanced proficiency in CapCut (or similar short-form video editing platforms).
• Strong proficiency in Adobe Creative Cloud tools (Photoshop, Lightroom, Illustrator, or Premiere Pro).
• Demonstrated eye for visual storytelling, camera framing, lighting, graphic composition, and audio pairing.
• Strong written and verbal English communication skills for caption writing and team alignment.
• Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage content schedules and asset libraries independently.
• Willingness to start with a 2-month part-time ramp-up period prior to transitioning into a full-time role.
• Reliable high-speed internet connection and a dedicated, professional remote workspace equipped with necessary editing hardware.

Preferred Qualifications

• Previous experience creating visual content within talent management, digital creator agencies, entertainment, or hospitality sectors.
• Experience managing multi-channel content deployment across Instagram, TikTok, LinkedIn, and YouTube.
• Familiarity with graphic design templates and visual asset tools like Canva in addition to Adobe.
• Practical experience using AI research or writing tools (such as ChatGPT, Claude, or Gemini) for caption drafting and content ideation.
