Qualifications

Proven experience writing high-quality brand and marketing content across formats — especially creative campaigns and web.

Exceptional writing and editing skills, with a strong sense of voice, tone, and narrative structure.

Strong editorial judgment, including knowing what not to create.

Experience translating complex topics into clear, engaging, and accessible content.

Deep understanding of modern content patterns (clarity, structure, flow, and conversion principles).

A clear perspective on how AI can enhance content creation.

Track record of driving measurable impact through content (brand, engagement, and conversion).

Ability to collaborate cross-functionally and influence stakeholders.

Experience in HR tech, SaaS, or fintech — or strong curiosity about the future of work and global employment.
