Role Description

As Bid Writer & Coordinator, you’ll play a key role in shaping the written responses that represent Support Revolution, a global provider of Third-Party support for Oracle, SAP and PeopleSoft to prospective customers around the world. You’ll help explain how we reduce costs, extend the life of ERP systems and free organisations from restrictive vendor contracts, all through clear, engaging, customer focused writing.

Working closely with the Sales team, you’ll create high quality proposals, quotes, and RFP responses that communicate our value in a way that’s simple, human, and compelling. This role is perfect for someone who loves writing, especially taking technical or operational information and transforming it into accessible, persuasive content.

When you’re not crafting standout proposals, you’ll be coordinating inputs, managing timelines, and ensuring every submission is accurate, polished, and tailored to the customer’s needs.

What you’ll be doing:

  • Write clear, compelling, and tailored proposals that translate technical information into customer friendly language
  • Coordinate input from Sales, Presales, Client Success and subject matter experts to build complete, accurate responses
  • Review RFPs, identify key requirements, and manage the creation of high-quality written content
  • Edit, proofread, and refine all bid documents to ensure consistency, accuracy, and strong storytelling
  • Prepare and update written content for sales presentations and supporting materials
  • Manage timelines, organise bid meetings, and keep stakeholders aligned throughout the writing and submission process
  • Coordinate costing inputs and prepare customer facing quote documents
  • Collect feedback on bid outcomes to drive ongoing improvements in bid management practices
  • Maintain bid templates, content libraries, and product/service information to ensure all written materials are up to date.

Qualifications

  • Has strong writing skills and enjoys crafting clear, persuasive content
  • Has experience in bid writing, proposal support, technical writing, sales operations, or a similar documentation focused role
  • Is confident translating technical or complex information into simple, engaging language
  • Is highly organised, detail oriented, and comfortable managing multiple deadlines
  • Communicates clearly and professionally with teams across the business
  • Enjoys coordinating stakeholders and keeping processes running smoothly
  • Bonus points if you have experience in tech, SaaS, or global organisations.
