Role Description
The Bid Writer is responsible for creating high-quality, functional responses to EOIs, SQs, RFIs, RFPs, ITTs, and other associated bid documents for the Nuvolo Connected Workplace Solution. This role involves:

Interpreting client requirements and understanding the Nuvolo Connected Workplace solutions capabilities.

Articulating clear, persuasive, and technical responses that effectively position the company as a leading provider.

Collaborating closely with cross-functional teams, including product management, sales, and technical experts.

Recording all content in the Bid Response System (Responsive) for efficiency in responding to opportunities.

Ensuring written responses are completed on time, aligned with customer requirements, and meet company standards.
Responsibilities

RFP and RFI Analysis: Reviewing bid documents to understand client requirements, evaluation criteria, and deadlines.

Content Development: Writing and editing functional and technical content for proposals that clearly outlines the company’s software solutions and how they address client needs.

Research and Collaboration: Collaborating with subject matter experts (SMEs), technical teams, and services teams to gather necessary information and insights.

Template and Document Management: Adding reusable content to improve efficiency and consistency in future bids.

Tailoring Responses: Customizing content to align with the specific objectives and interests of each client.

Innovation and Strategy: Contributing ideas and suggestions to improve the bidding process and strategy.
Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree in English, Communications, Business, Marketing, Journalism, or a related field.

Proven experience in bid writing, proposal development, or technical writing.

Strong writing, editing, and proofreading skills with a focus on clarity and persuasiveness.

Excellent research and analytical skills.

Ability to interpret technical information and translate it into compelling content.

High attention to detail and accuracy.

Strong organizational skills.

Proficiency with Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).

Experience collaborating with cross-functional teams.

APMP (Association of Proposal Management Professionals) certification or willingness to obtain.

A professional command of English at C1/C2 proficiency is essential for this role.
