Role Description
The Aesthetics Journalist intern will cover men's and women’s skincare, hair care, grooming, and makeup-related content that identifies with and relates to The Ambony’s target demographic.
- A monthly column focused on women’s hair care.
- A monthly column focused on men’s hair care.
- A monthly column focused on women’s makeup and skincare.
- A monthly column focused on men’s grooming and skincare.
Duration: 6 months
This is a virtual and unpaid internship. Yet, you will gain valuable writing experience.
Official Start Date: May 2025
Qualifications
- The candidate must have a deep interest in skincare, hair care, grooming, and makeup as it relates to aesthetics and our readers.
- Must be conscious of our readers’ specific hair type and texture along with their specific skin type and texture.
- The journalist must write content that is reflective of this particular aesthetic.
- The candidate must possess an aptitude/interest in skincare, hair care, grooming, and makeup for both men and women.
- The candidate must have an appetite for the consumption of news and developments in the world of skincare, hair care, grooming, and makeup.
- Always looking for different ways to innovate their content concerning our diverse audience and their journalistic authenticity.
