Role Description

Be a part of a high-growth digital and customer experience consulting firm that is growing by over 50% in the last year and is forecasting growth of 50% year on year in the next two years. Our DXP practice alone has grown over 80% year over year in the last 2 years, with over 400 people in 5 countries. This opportunity is for that high achieving individual who will work directly with industry leaders to brainstorm content ideas and try hands at writing for Fortune 500 companies from multiple industries such as Commerce, CPG, B2B Tech, Healthcare, Financial Services and Legal services. He/She will contribute content for blogs, eBooks, infographics, whitepapers, video scripts, campaigns and thought leadership.

• Conduct in-depth research on industry-related topics to develop original content.
• Create and publish keyword-optimized/SEO friendly content/copywriting for websites, collaterals, webinar, blogs, Infographics, campaigns (emails & social ads) etc.
• Align content with the marketing funnel across the entire customer journey: top, middle & bottom of the funnel.
• Create social media content across all channels aligned with the company's goals and brand identity.
• Coordinate with agencies/freelancers for social media posts, creatives, and videos.
• Identifying customers’ needs and suggesting new content to address gaps in the company's current content.
• Research and identify the ongoing trends in B2B industry.
• Propose ways and topics to engage with the audience.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in communications, marketing, English, journalism, or related field.
• Proven content writing or copywriting experience with excellent communication skills.
• Working knowledge of content management systems is a plus.
• Ability to work independently with little or no daily supervision.
• Keen awareness of design aesthetics and emerging creative trends within the tech community.
• Strong interpersonal skills and willingness to communicate with clients, colleagues, and management.
• Good time management skills, including prioritizing, scheduling, and adapting as necessary.
• Proficient in all Microsoft Office applications.
• A portfolio of published articles, social media accounts.
• Pro-active & ability to work in a fast-paced growth marketing setup.
