• Researching and recommending destinations, accommodations, and itineraries
• Booking hotels, resorts, cruises, transportation, and excursions using online platforms
• Providing timely communication, updates, and post-booking support
• Maintaining accurate client records and documentation
• Staying informed on travel trends, supplier promotions, and industry best practices
• Collaborating with team members and suppliers to deliver exceptional service

Qualifications

• Previous experience in travel planning, hospitality, or customer service is a plus
• Excellent communication skills and client-facing professionalism
• Strong attention to detail and organizational abilities
• Proficient in using online booking platforms and digital tools
• Self-motivated, dependable, and capable of working independently in a remote setting
• Must be 18 years or older with access to a reliable computer and internet connection
