Role Description

We are looking for organized, client-focused individuals to join our virtual team as Vacation Booking Specialist. In this role, you will assist travelers with turning vacation ideas into confirmed arrangements by:

• Researching available options
• Coordinating selected services
• Keeping important booking details organized

You may support clients planning:

• Cruises
• Resort stays
• Family vacations
• Couples getaways
• Group trips
• Tours
• International experiences

No previous travel industry background is required. Training and ongoing educational support are provided.

Qualifications

• Strong communication and customer service abilities
• Excellent organization and attention to accuracy
• Ability to manage multiple tasks and deadlines
• Comfortable researching information online
• Able to work independently in a remote environment
• Basic computer, email, and internet skills
• Willingness to learn reservation systems and supplier technology
• Dependable, self-motivated, and receptive to training
• Must be at least 18 years old
• Must reside in the United States, United Kingdom, Spain, Australia, Mexico, or another qualifying country

Requirements

• Gather client information including preferred destinations, dates, interests, and budget
• Search available resorts, cruises, accommodations, tours, transportation, and vacation packages
• Compare options and help clients identify choices that meet their needs
• Coordinate requested reservations through approved supplier platforms
• Organize confirmations, schedules, and itinerary information
• Monitor payment dates, booking requirements, and upcoming deadlines
• Verify names, dates, accommodations, and other reservation details
• Keep clients informed about booking progress and important next steps
• Assist with routine reservation questions, updates, and modifications
• Maintain accurate client and booking records
• Communicate professionally through phone, email, messaging, and virtual platforms
• Stay informed about supplier offerings, destination updates, and current promotions
