Role Description

We are looking for dependable, organized individuals to join our remote team as Travel Support Specialists. In this role, you will help clients throughout the vacation-planning process by:

• Learning about client preferences, travel dates, budget range, destination interests, and special needs.
• Researching hotels, resorts, cruises, transportation, tours, excursions, activities, and vacation packages.
• Reviewing suitable options and providing clear information to help clients move forward with their plans.
• Coordinating approved services through designated supplier resources and booking platforms.
• Tracking confirmations, reservation details, deadlines, and outstanding items.
• Following up with clients when additional information, decisions, or documentation are needed.
• Assisting with routine booking updates, standard changes, and general planning questions.
• Maintaining accurate records and continuing to develop knowledge of destinations, suppliers, and travel products.

• Strong written and verbal communication skills
• Good organization and careful attention to detail
• Comfortable researching and reviewing information online
• Ability to manage multiple client requests and priorities
• Strong follow-up and time-management skills
• Able to adapt when plans, dates, or client needs change
• Self-motivated and comfortable working independently
• Willingness to learn supplier systems, booking platforms, and digital tools
• Basic computer proficiency and reliable internet access
• Must be at least 18 years of age
• Must be legally eligible to work and reside in the United States, United Kingdom, Mexico, Australia, Spain, or other qualifying countries
