Role Description

We are seeking a Travel Services Advisor to assist clients with researching, selecting, and coordinating travel services that fit their individual needs. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys helping people, researching options, and keeping travel details organized from planning through completion.

• Communicate with clients to understand their travel preferences, schedules, and needs
• Research destinations, accommodations, transportation, activities, and other travel services
• Provide travel options and recommendations based on client preferences
• Assist with coordinating reservations and itinerary details
• Communicate confirmations, updates, and important travel information
• Assist with changes, special requests, and adjustments to travel plans
• Maintain accurate client, reservation, and itinerary information
• Communicate with travel partners and service providers when needed
• Help resolve questions and provide timely client support
• Stay informed about destinations, travel services, and industry trends

Qualifications

• Strong communication and customer service skills
• Excellent organization and attention to detail
• Professional, dependable, and responsive
• Comfortable researching and comparing travel options
• Able to manage multiple tasks and deadlines
• Comfortable working independently in a remote environment
• Able to learn new online tools and systems
• Previous travel or customer service experience is helpful but not required
