Role Description

We are seeking a Travel Planning Advisor to help clients organize thoughtful, personalized travel experiences. This role involves understanding client preferences, researching travel options, coordinating trip details, and helping turn travel ideas into well organized plans.

• Communicate with clients to understand their travel goals, preferences, and schedules
• Research destinations, accommodations, transportation, activities, and experiences
• Provide travel options and recommendations based on client needs
• Assist with building customized itineraries and trip plans
• Coordinate reservations and important travel details
• Communicate updates, confirmations, and changes to clients
• Assist with special requests and itinerary adjustments
• Maintain accurate client and travel information
• Research new destinations and stay informed about travel services and trends
