Role Description

We're looking for dependable, service-focused individuals to assist clients with travel-related questions, planning details, reservations, and general support in a remote environment. As a Remote Travel Service Representative, you'll help clients stay informed, organize important details, and keep requests moving forward from initial inquiry through confirmation.

What You'll Handle:

• Respond to client questions and requests
• Gather dates, preferences, and important details
• Assist with reservations and confirmations
• Provide updates and follow up on pending items
• Help coordinate accommodations, transportation, and activities
• Research options when needed
• Maintain accurate client records
• Assist with routine changes or adjustments

Qualifications

• Strong communication skills
• Good organization and attention to detail
• Reliable follow-through
• Comfort working independently
• Ability to manage multiple client requests
• Familiarity with email and online systems
• Willingness to learn new tools and processes
• Experience in customer service, hospitality, reservations, scheduling, administration, or client support can be helpful, but it is not required.
