Role Description

We're looking for organized, client-focused individuals to help travelers research options, build trip plans, and coordinate important travel details from home. As a Remote Travel Planner, you'll assist with:

• Destination research
• Accommodations
• Transportation
• Activities
• Reservations
• Itinerary organization

Previous industry experience is not required. Training and ongoing support are provided.

Qualifications

• Strong communication and organization skills
• Good attention to detail
• Reliable follow-through
• Comfort researching and comparing options
• Ability to manage multiple client requests
• Comfort working independently
• Familiarity with email and online systems
• Willingness to learn new tools and processes
• Experience in customer service, hospitality, reservations, scheduling, planning, or client support can be helpful, but it is not required.
