[Hiring] Travel Agent @Sumsub

Role Description

Our Travel Team is hiring an organized and proactive Travel Agent to coordinate international business travel and support company gatherings.

• Assist in planning and coordinating travel for company events, meetings, and conferences.
• Travel (5–7 trips annually) to lead on-the-ground execution during company meetups, managing hotel bookings, ground transfers, meals, and day-to-day logistics from start to finish as a part of the org.team.
• Manage and book all travel arrangements for employees, including flights, accommodations, and transportation, using travel platforms like Egencia, Arbitrip, City Travel, and Navan.
• Maintain and update travel records and itineraries in Excel, ensuring accuracy and accessibility.
• Provide customer service to employees, addressing travel-related inquiries and resolving issues promptly, including weekend duties every 6 weeks.
• Monitor and adhere to the company’s travel policies, ensuring compliance and cost-effectiveness.

Qualifications

• Strong organizational and multitasking skills, with the ability to manage multiple travel requests simultaneously.
• Ready to travel (5–7 trips per year) with a hospitality-first mindset, dedicated to making every team meetup smooth, welcoming, and memorable.
• Comfortable working with Excel/Google Sheets and basic online tools.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with a friendly and proactive approach.
• Detail-oriented with a focus on accuracy and compliance with travel policies.
• Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing travel needs.
• Fluent in English; knowledge of any additional languages is a big plus.
• Prior experience in visa management - nice to have.
